America vs China

The reason why I chose this topic because it is such the top issue today around the world about economic growing of China. I am the one of them who is interested in this news. I saw several productions made in China such as clothing, food or even electric equipments in this today. Actually, the previous year almost of them are from the US and I think that China already overtook the US as the most powerful economy.

According to The Washington Post, 44 percent of Americans believe that the top economic power of the world is China, while 27 percent still firmly assure of the US. Yet in fact, most thought is wrong. It seems to be far away from their opinion. Although, China’s economy has grown rapidly, it cannot equate with the strong country as the US. Actually, China is likely to be the most powerful of world economic because there are 1.3 billion people. However, It does not mean the standard of Chinese’s living is better than the US. Furthermore, in manufacturing the US is still the world head because of the higher quality. It is true that China produces lots of production but they are low in quality and coast.

After I read this news, I definitely agree that China is odd with the fact. I bought some products which are made from China and I found that they are really unendurable. They completely differ from the US’s products. It is not only deterrent in price but also in quality.

The reason why I m interested in this news is because I was surprise about why America which is power country give attention to Chinese language. In my opinion, I think Chinese is really important language because they have a big country and economy, so it is a great opportunity if I can learn Chinese.

After I have read the news, I found that many people in the America give attention to their student to learn Chinese language. According to the New York Times, over 1000 public school in America was stopped teaching foreign. Some part of America offer Chinese class for their student, but some part was offered Chinese class by Chinese government. According to the survey, In America, they offer Chinese program. It rose from 1 to 4 percent from 1997 to 2008. Chinese programs were on the East and stat at Hertland states, including Ohio, Texas and Georgia. Since 2006, China sends 325 volunteer teachers. They provided teacher housing, a car and gasoline, other support. Experts said that there are many factor of learning Chinese. China is very important country, so it is a good opportunity to learn Chinese language.

After I read this statement, I think China is really wise because they just invest money in education and offer to other countries, so they get a benefit from publishing their own language and culture. Anyways, I think Chinese language is very important for everyone to learn.
